Sanjay Dalal

Sanjay B Dalal is founder and CEO of oGoing - a leading business social network with a mission to connect over ten million small business professionals, service providers, business owners and startup entrepreneurs. A community volunteer, digital marketing consultant, author, aspiring speaker and entrepreneur, Sanjay lives with his family in sunny Irvine, California. Originally from Ahmedabad city in Gujarat, India, he started his USA journey at Norman, Oklahoma in pursuit of higher education and the American Dream along with his sister Situ.

Sanjay has over twenty years leadership experience at emerging technology companies in Silicon Valley and established innovators in key positions of business development, product management, and marketing. Sanjay has been instrumental in growing companies from $1 to $250 million+ in revenues.

Sanjay is a Vaishnav Hindu and firmly believes in non-violence, compassion and peace, and treating everyone with respect, kindness, honesty, humility, and calmness. Dalal and his family deeply care about their community, helping neglected and disadvantaged children, alleviating homelessness and doing our small part towards climate change. They have contributed their time and donations to Akshaya Patra, Olive Crest, Children’s Hospital of Orange County, UNICEF, Pratham, Childcare International, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Colette’s Childrens Home, KidSave and Rotary International.
