Sheri Riley is a wife, mother, and daughter, who owns 2 businesses, demonstrating her ability to streamline complex demands. As an International speaker, Personal Development & Leadership Coach, and Life Strategist, she engages with high achievers to foster choices that lead to less stress, more clarity, and internal peace. Through her 9 P.O.W.E.R Principles, she teaches the importance of focusing on living a full life, a concept she describes as Exponential Living®—encouraging others to join her in this pursuit.

Sheri serves as Founder and Chief Partnership Strategist of GLUE® where she has spent over 22 years developing profitable partnerships for a diverse range of clients including Converse, Usher's New Look Foundation, CVS Pharmacy, BMW, The Atlanta Hawks, NBA Entertainment, Alonzo Mourning Charities, BET Networks, The Ludacris Foundation, TNT, NIKE, and more. Her foundational experience in the entertainment industry began over twenty years ago at Trevel Productions and continued as she led marketing efforts at LaFace Records. Her innovative marketing strategies there played a pivotal role in launching successful careers for artists like Usher, TLC, Toni Braxton, and Outkast, contributing to over 30 million album sales globally.

Sheri's contributions extend beyond business into leadership and personal development, where she is a founding member of Dr. John C Maxwell’s Coach, Speaker & Trainer Team. A graduate from the University of Louisville, she actively contributes to the Huguely Scholarship Fund, named in honor of her parents, and is involved in several organizations including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., the California Women’s Conference, and the BronzeLens Film Festival. Sheri's commitment to community and empowerment is evident as she serves on the National Arts & Letters Commission for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the University of Louisville Alumni Board of Directors, and the GPA Board for her daughter’s middle school. Her passion for developing others is also showcased in her keynote presentations, such as "Live in Your P.O.W.E.R.®" and "Peace is the New Success®," which emphasize personal fulfillment and productivity.
