Sheryl Utal

Sheryl Utal is an entrepreneur, self-healer, and student of life. Her passion for health optimization was ignited over 15 years ago after the standard medical model failed her in the wake of an autoimmune disease diagnosis. At that time, she was extremely burnt out from a decade long demanding corporate career and navigating a difficult divorce. This time of crisis in her life served as her initiation into the healing journey of a lifetime, and guided her into deep practices across yoga, breath work, sound healing, shadow work and meditation, and ultimately to the cessation of autoimmunity. These transformative experiences catalyzed Sheryl to create Japa Health: a venture backed technology platform that generates personalized physical, mental, and spiritual health recommendations to support the success of self healers at scale.

Utal previously owned, operated and exited Red Diamond Yoga, a luxury seven figure revenue yoga studio in West Los Angeles with over 70 classes per week. Utal has personally taught over 10,000 yoga classes and has her own signature style called connect and expand. Utal's own journey of healing and spiritual exploration has spanned many years and crossed all aspects of her life. Her book "Transcending Limits" is more than a self-help book or journal, it's both but better to guide you on your hero's journey home to your true self.
