Sid is a published author, serial entrepreneur, venture investor, university professor, board member, community leader, business thought provoker and public speaker.

As a serial entrepreneur, Sid has built and exited multiple hyper growth companies. As a management advisor and board member, he has advised corporate leaders across a wide spectrum of industries and size. As a professional fund manager and angel investor, made seed investments in early stage companies, mentored dozens of entrepreneurs, met with hundreds of start-up companies, and reviewed countless business plans. As an author (The Caterpillar’s Edge), and public speaker, Sid has written, conducted workshops and delivered key note speeches and reached thousands of people with innovative and inspirational ideas around change and transformation. As an Educator, Sid has lectured on strategy, leadership, venture capital, and change to thousands of students as well as corporate executives across the country.

In this journey, Sid has learned to appreciate the perspectives of conglomerates, middle market players and start-ups. Sid’s real expertise is in connecting theory and reality and helping people see the bend in the road ahead and make visions a reality.

Currently, Sid is an Adjunct professor at University of Southern California (USC), writing and promoting books, advising select number of promising organizations and as a professional speaker covers topics such as Innovation, Corporate Growth, Change & Future, and AI and Analytics.
