Swerdlow is the CEO & Founder of www.WeCO.online. WeCO is a unique collaborative social network to co-create your dream.
Swerdlow’s experience with business began in the 1990's in Belarus, when at the age of 19, he invented a special paint spray for the automobile industry and developed the retail network in 12 cities around the former Soviet Union.
Following his arrival to the USA in 1999 and after attending Sy Syms School of Business, he joined a chocolate company as a floor employee and worked his way up to becoming CEO. Simon has developed the business from a small office to 56 countries / 200+ licensees with total revenues exceeding $30M. In 2010 Simon initiated and oversaw a development of a franchise offering and prior to his departure in 2013, the company had 18 franchisees.
All throughout 15 years of Mr. Swerdlow’s US career he has been extremely passionate about helping others to transition to a successful business for which he has been recognized many times over.
Simon received his MS in Mathematics and M. Ed from Belarusian State University.
