Skylar Diggins-Smith

Skylar Diggins-Smith, a well-known name in the world of professional basketball, currently represents the Seattle Storm in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). Throughout her career, she has earned numerous accolades, including six-time WNBA All-Star and four-time All-WNBA First Team. Her talent also led her to the United States national team, where she secured a gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. Diggins-Smith's early years in the sport were equally commendable, including being named to the Final Four All-Tournament Team during her sophomore year at Notre Dame and setting a school record with 102 steals in her junior year.

Known for her versatility, Diggins-Smith holds the distinction of being the only Notre Dame basketball player to compile 2,000 points, 500 rebounds, 500 assists, and 300 steals in her career. She was drafted 3rd overall by the Tulsa Shock in the 2013 WNBA draft and quickly made her mark by being named to the All-Rookie Team.
