Stephen Bailey

Stephen Bailey is a regarded entrepreneur, leadership and workforce expert and futurist who works with corporate leaders within the Fortune 500 and Global 2000 to create life-changing learning experiences.

Bailey co-founded ExecOnline, a premier provider of certified, online leadership development experiences, to diversify the leadership pipelines of the world’s largest organizations by democratizing access to high-quality leadership training. As CEO, Bailey oversees its partnerships with top universities and the organization’s broader efforts to produce impactful and life-changing experiences for leaders across the world. ExecOnline partners with the world’s top business schools to deliver online leadership development programs.

Prior to ExecOnline, Bailey served as the CEO and chief product officer of Frontier Strategy Group (FSG). Before joining FSG, Bailey was an associate in the venture capital and private equity group of WilmerHale.

Bailey earned his bachelor’s degree from Emory University and received his JD from Yale Law School. He is the board chair of the Truman Center for National Policy and a member of the board of Prospect Schools, a charter school network in New York City. Bailey was also recently named to the Board of Directors of Match Group, Inc.

Bailey was named 2022 “EY Entrepreneur of the Year New York Award Finalist.” Under Bailey’s leadership, ExecOnline was named Forbes 2022 “America’s Best Startup Employer” and has become a member of the World Economic Forum New Champions Community.
