Stephen Crawford

Dr. Stephen Crawford, born on the South Side of Chicago, broke the cycle of poverty in his family and community, forging a path to success through vision and perseverance.

He began his career by transforming nonprofit organizations through strategic planning and increasing their focus on key performance metrics. As his impact grew, Stephen transitioned into the corporate world, where he helped businesses elevate leaders at every level with a focus on strategic planning, executive coaching, and training and development.

Dr. Crawford is also the author of the best-selling book titled “Too Stupid to Fail’ Why the Resilient Will Always Beat the Intelligent.” For over 20 years, Stephen has empowered thousands of leaders across the United States and over 20 nations to enhance their leadership capabilities. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies from North Central University, a Master's in Transformational Leadership from Bethel University, and a Doctorate in Global and Contextual Leadership from Bethel University.
