Fitzhugh challenges students on these topics, leveraging his own experiences, including his time in the NFL with the Denver Broncos and Cleveland Browns. Fitzhugh serves as the Executive Director of PowerMoves, where he leads initiatives that translate principles of success from the gridiron to everyday challenges. He is also the National Spokesperson for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, specifically for their "One Way 2 Play - Drug Free" program. His role amplifies the importance of making drug-free choices, further enhancing his impact on the youth. Additionally, Fitzhugh co-founded "The House," an after-school teen drop-in center in Southeast DC, providing a safe space for students to gather and receive support.
