Steve Zaffron is the Founder and Head of Research and Development at Vanto Group, a global consulting firm known for its strategic initiatives that cross organizational silos and elevate performance. Vanto Group designs and implements large-scale initiatives that help organizations achieve new levels of success in industries as diverse as technology, mining, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. Zaffron holds a Master’s degree from the University of Chicago and graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University.
