Throughout her career as a classroom teacher, secondary and elementary principal, curriculum director, assistant superintendent, and graduate school instructor, Roekle has led significant initiatives in educational leadership, standards implementation, technology integration, and school reform. These efforts align closely with the principles of the "No Child Left Behind" initiative, underscoring her dedication to progressive educational policies.
