Tara Jaye Frank

Tara Jaye Frank is founder and CEO of The Waymakers Change Group. She is an equity strategist, inclusive leadership expert, and a workplace culture strategist who has educated thousands of Fortune 500 executives across multiple industries and large member organizations. Her work emphasizes the creative potential of individuals and aims to bridge gaps between people, ideas, and opportunities.

Frank spent twenty-one years at Hallmark Cards, where she held various executive positions, including Vice-President Creative Writing and Editorial, Vice-President Business Innovation, Vice-President Multicultural Strategy, and Corporate Culture Advisor to the President. In these roles, she honed her expertise in organizational and experience design, leadership development, and multicultural strategy.

Frank is the author of "The Waymakers: Clearing the Path to Workplace Equity with Competence and Confidence," which was awarded the 2023 GOLD medal in Leadership by AXIOM Best Business Book Awards. She also wrote "Say Yes: A Woman’s Guide to Advancing Her Professional Purpose," further establishing her as a thought leader in advancing workplace equity and women's leadership. She speaks across the country on topics including creativity and innovation, diversity, and emotional intelligence.

Residing in Dallas, Texas, Frank is a Spelman College alumna and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the Executive Leadership Council. Her contributions to leadership and workplace culture have been recognized by her inclusion in the 2022 SUCCESS 125 by SUCCESS Magazine and CORE Magazine’s 100 Most Influential Blacks in 2022.
