Thomas Blackwell

Thomas Blackwell is the CEO of Say Do Achieve, where he focuses on empowering teams worldwide with language mastery for peak performance. As an expert in language transformation, he has authored the best-selling book "The Liberty of our Language Revealed, We Bring About What We Talk About." Blackwell travels globally, inspiring individuals to harness the power of communication to achieve their best. He has delivered over 1000 talks and workshops to a diverse audience including corporations, executives, entrepreneurs, athletes, and students. His keynotes feature actionable strategies that enable organizations to tackle challenges, adapt to change, and maintain peak performance.

While attending Northern Arizona University on a music/voice scholarship, Blackwell competed in tennis and soccer, and later coached tennis at the Division I level. His business acumen was demonstrated as he owned and operated a successful insurance agency, managing over 100 agents across three locations. His transition into professional speaking began in 2004 when he was asked to share his journey to a large audience, a role that has since defined his career.

Above his professional endeavors, Blackwell is a dedicated husband and father to four daughters. His personal life is rooted in simplicity, enjoying tasks like mowing his acres with his John Deere tractor and driving his truck named “Buddy.” His ability to connect his personal achievements with his professional insights makes him a relatable and influential figure in both personal and organizational development.
