Tim Elmore

Dr. Tim Elmore is the founder and CEO of Growing Leaders, a non-profit organization dedicated to developing emerging leaders. Through Growing Leaders, Elmore and his team equip a diverse range of institutions, including public schools, state universities, civic organizations, and corporations, with the tools they need to foster young leaders who can impact and transform society. His organization has partnered with more than 8,000 schools, universities, and organizations, such as Purdue University and The University of Alabama Athletics Department.

Since founding Growing Leaders, Elmore has spoken to over 500,000 students, faculty, and staff on hundreds of campuses across the country, including Stanford University, Duke University, the University of South Carolina, the University of North Carolina, Florida State University, and Baylor University. In addition to universities, Elmore has provided leadership training and resources for the National FFA Organization and multiple athletic programs including the University of Alabama, Auburn University, the University of Texas, and the San Francisco Giants. His expertise on generational diversity has been featured in major media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, Huffington Post, and The Washington Post, and he has appeared on CNN's Headline News and Fox and Friends discussing topics like Generation iY.

Elmore is an accomplished author with over 30 books to his name, including "Generation Z: Unfiltered," "Generation iY," "Marching Off the Map," "Habitudes: Images that Form Leadership Habits and Attitudes," and "Artificial Maturity: Helping Kids Meet the Challenge of Becoming Authentic Adults."
