Tom Nolan

Tom Nolan serves as CEO of Kendra Scott, LLC, leading a billion-dollar jewelry business by balancing day-to-day functions and strategy with the integration of the brand’s core pillars of fashion, family, and philanthropy into every consumer touchpoint. He is committed to fostering a company culture that puts family first, constantly pushes the boundaries of fashion and design, and authentically values giving back and making a difference in the community. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors, Nolan oversees the brand’s substantial omnichannel growth, global expansion, and experiential retail model.

Nolan has more than two decades of experience in brand building, management, and results-driven strategic planning from a diverse range of companies including, Ralph Lauren, Condé Nast, and my own entrepreneurial endeavor, Prospect Brands, LLC. 

With a passion for serving others through coaching, mentoring, and philanthropy, he currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Kendra Scott, LLC, Tommy John, Inc., Mizzen and Main, The Morgan Hoffmann Foundation, The Kenan-Flagler Center for Entrepreneurship, and the Board of Trustees for the Piedmont-Triad Foundation. Additionally, Nolan is co-owner of Sweetens Cove Golf Club and The Sweetens Cove Spirits Company.
