With over two decades of experience, Tracy Tutor is one of the top real estate agents at Douglas Elliman Beverly Hills and plays a pivotal role in their Sports & Entertainment division. Tutor has been instrumental in consulting for luxury developments like the Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah, overseeing sales of over $400 million in branded real estate. She also represents significant developments such as the West Hollywood EDITION Hotel and Residences, crafted by British architect John Pawson and created by hotelier Ian Schrager. Tutor also holds the distinction of being the US Ambassador for the Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences in Dubai, designed by the award-winning Kohn Pederson Fox, which completed in late 2019.

Born and raised in California, Tutor has extensive local knowledge from living across Los Angeles, from Hidden Hills to the Hollywood Hills. Her early introduction to real estate came from her father, Ronald Tutor of Tutor/Perini, a leading civil and building contractor. After earning a degree in Theater from the University of Southern California, she initially joined her father's company, gaining invaluable experience and a solid work ethic. After nearly three years at Tutor/Perini, Tutor transitioned into residential real estate. She has since been involved in various roles, including being the first and only female star of "Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles" and writing the bestselling book "Fear is Just a Four Letter Word," which offers insights into building confidence and mastering negotiations.
