Train

Train, an alternative rock group established in 1993 in California, has made significant strides in the music industry over the years. The band's breakthrough came with the release of their album "Drops of Jupiter" on March 27, 2001, which not only became their first multi-platinum album but also won two Grammy Awards in 2002. The album produced a hit single, "Drops of Jupiter (Tell Me)," which won a Grammy Award for Best Rock Song and Best Arrangement. Another notable release, "Save Me, San Francisco," produced three successful singles: "Hey, Soul Sister," "If It's Love," and "Marry Me," - the former achieving RIAA 11× platinum status. Throughout their career, Train has sold over 10 million albums and 30 million tracks worldwide.

The group has made numerous appearances on television shows such as "The Talk," "The Queen Latifah Show," "Today", and "Jimmy Kimmel Live!". In addition, their music has been featured in various films and series, with "She's on Fire," from the album "Drops of Jupiter," making it into the movies "The Animal" and "Rugrats Go Wild" and the song "Ordinary" being featured in the movie "Spider-Man 2" and the NBC series "Heroes." Train's live album "Alive at Last" was released in 2004 and won a Radio Music Award for best artist. Their song "Hey, Soul Sister" from the album "Save Me, San Francisco" was certified RIAA 6x platinum and was the most downloaded iTunes song of 2010. Additional albums include 2012's "California 37" which included singles "Feels Good at First" and "50 Ways to Say Goodbye," 2014's "Bulletproof Picasso," and 2016's "a girl a bottle a boat," among others.

Beyond their musical talent, Train has shown a commitment to social causes. In 2011, they founded the Save Me, San Francisco Wine Company, selling wines named after their hits, with a portion of their sales proceeds going to the Family House of San Francisco to support families of children with life-threatening illnesses. They also supported Little Kids Rock through the Road Trips and Guitar Picks campaign, raising funds and engaging with the students.
