Tristram Stuart

Tristram Stuart is the founder of Toast Ale and a dedicated global food waste activist, with a notable history of influencing policies and practices around food sustainability. He was awarded The Sophie Prize in 2011 for his significant contributions to environmental efforts.

Stuart's literary contributions include his first book, "The Bloodless Revolution," and the influential "Waste: Uncovering the Global Food Scandal," which examines the extensive food waste in Western countries and its impact on both the environment and global food supplies.
