Trudy Bourgeois

Trudy Bourgeois is recognized as one of America's leading experts on transformational leadership. Formerly one of the first African American female Vice Presidents in the consumer goods industry for a Fortune 100 company, she is now the founder and CEO of the Center for Workforce Excellence. Bourgeois's extensive experience makes her a sought-after keynote speaker, business coach, and workshop leader.

Bourgeois has authored four influential books on leadership, including "HER CORNER OFFICE: A Guide to Help Women Find a Place and a Voice in Corporate America", its second edition, "THE HYBRID LEADER: Blending the Best of Male and Female Leadership Styles", and "EQUALITY: Courageous Conversations About Women, Men, and Race to Spark a Diversity and Inclusion Breakthrough". Her literary contributions extend to numerous articles and white papers focused on workforce challenges in the 21st century.
