Ty Grady is a distinguished real estate investor, entrepreneur, consultant, speaker, and author with more than 20 years of leadership experience across the banking, mortgage, and finance industries. Grady’s expertise includes workforce development, organizational culture transformation, and driving innovation across diverse sectors. His personal journey — from the streets of Louisville, Kentucky, to becoming the CEO of two successful companies — reflects unmatched resilience, vision, and a deep understanding of what it takes to overcome adversity and unlock human potential.

He holds a Master of Science in Sports Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. As an educator and program designer, Grady has contributed to academia by developing curricula that equip professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs with the tools needed to excel.
