Victoria Moran

Victoria Moran is an international speaker on well-being and personal growth. A certified life coach, she is also the author of ten books including Younger by the Day (HarperSanFrancisco), Fit from Within (McGraw-Hill), the best-selling Creating a Charmed Life (HarperSanFrancisco), which has been translated into twenty-nine languages and is quoted on boxes of Celestial Seasonings teas. Cited as a “women’s wellness visionary,” Victoria has presented for organizations including Hallmark Cards, Toyota Women’s Conferences, Speaking of Women’s Health, and the Sundance Institute.

She hosts the nationally broadcast weekly radio show, A Charmed Life with Victoria Moran, on Martha Stewart Living Radio, Sirius 112; and she has been a guest on TV and radio programs including Oprah! and NPR's All Things Considered. Her work has been noted in publications including USA Today, the New York Times, Washington Post, and Chicago Tribune; Self, Health, Cosmo, Real Simple, Glamour, Elle, and O, the Oprah Magazine. She is a regular columnist for Body & Soul magazine and her articles have appeared in publications including Ladies’ Home Journal, Woman’s Day, Weight Watchers Magazine, and Yoga Journal.

A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Victoria is an adopted New Yorker, married with one daughter.
