Building on 20 years of experience in Tech as a strategic and business development consultant for global organizations and Fortune 500 companies, Burich makes work-life balance accessible and achievable. She teaches how to meet the high demands of corporate environments while maintaining a solid footing in wellness and stress management. Burich offers a balanced, energetic motivation program that is a perfect blend for individuals who wish to create sustainable balance for themselves in their work lives.

Burich has spoken nationally on a variety of topics ranging from nourishment in the workplace to mindful management. She is a certified International Coaching Federation (ICF) coach trained in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), G.R.A.C.E. (compassion training based on neuroscience, social psychology, ethics, and contemplative practices), R.U.P. (Right Use of Power), LCP 360 (Leadership Circle Profile assessments), and has experience working with N.V.C. (Non-Violent Communication) based tools. She is a lifelong Alaskan, holds an MBA, and loves books. If she isn’t curled up reading and brainstorming ways to support oneself at work, you can find her hiking, gardening, or enjoying a nourishing home-cooked meal with family and friends.
