Yoav Suprun

After serving in the Israeli Air Force for 4 years, Dr. Yoav Suprun earned his clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from New York University in 2003. He continued his post graduate education and received his Diploma in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) in 2007. As an “Orthopedic Clinical Specialist” (OCS), Dr. Yoav is highly sought by organizations, executives, athletes and individuals for his expertise and innovation on self care and prevention.

He is the president of “South Beach Spine” (SoBe Spine), a concierge physical therapy practice in Miami Beach, FL, and a senior faculty member with the McKenzie Institute USA. As a continuing education provider, he trains healthcare professionals in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT).

Dr. Yoav’s simple, yet highly effective self care strategies to treat and prevent pain and injuries has earned him opportunities to work with incredible individuals, professional athletes as well as Fortune1000 companies across the world.

Dr. Yoav is the author of the best selling book "Aging Without Aching", a TEDx Speaker, has received the best speaker award in 2023 by Vistage Worldwide and has been featured on CBS, NBC, Huffington Post, Miami Herald as well as over 3.5M views on his YouTube video "Understanding Lower Back Pain And Sciatica".

Dr. Yoav is a father for three young boys which he claims is the best part of it all.
