Zeev Neuwirth

Zeev Neuwirth, M.D. currently serves as the Senior Medical Director of Population Health at Atrium Health. Before his current role, he was the Clinical Chief of Care Transformation and Strategic Services at the same institution. Earlier, Dr. Neuwirth held positions as Senior Medical Director for Primary Care Services and Chief Clinical Executive of the Atrium Health Medical Group. This group, consisting of about 2000 providers, actively provides medical care to over 1.1 million primary care patients, serving a community of over 2 million people in the greater Charlotte area. Before joining Atrium Health, he was Chief of Clinical Effectiveness & Innovation at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, a 600-physician multi-specialty practice in Eastern Massachusetts.

Dr. Neuwirth is also a prolific author and thought leader in the healthcare field. He wrote "Beyond the Walls - Megatrends, Movements and Market Disruptors Transforming American Healthcare" and "Reframing Healthcare - A Roadmap for Creating Disruptive Change," with the former being a #1 New Release on Amazon in categories like Hospital Administration, Healthcare Delivery, and Healthcare Policy. He is the creator and host of the award-winning podcast "Creating a New Healthcare," which was recognized as the “Healthcare Podcast of the Year” by HITMC in 2019.
